The Chicago Metro and North Shore office is a locally owned and operated franchise office of Right at Home Inc.   We have been providing the local area with senior home care services as a caregiver staffing agency since 1995. All Right at Home caregivers are employees of Right at Home and are bonded, insured, and supervised. We will provide home care from a minimum of 3 hours per day up to 24 hours a day.  All of our Caregivers and home health aides are trained, thoroughly screened, drug tested and have all been issued our exclusive "license to care".  We give this license to all our caregivers once they hired as part of the caregiving team.

After we match a caregiver specifically to your loved one's needs, we will develop an individual care plan that is closely monitored.  There will be ongoing communication with clients and/or family members and home visits to ensure services provided by the caregiver continue to match our client's changing needs.

Bernie Kramer, an RN with 28 years nursing experience, is the Director of Staffing for the North Shore/Chicago office. Unlike many caregiver agencies, we are proud to have a nurse that hires and supervises all our caregivers.  Bernie also builds and oversees each client's individual care plan.
